Practical information
Arrival / Departure
Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Minimum Stay
All bookings require a minimum of 2 nights.
Vegetarian food
All food at Strandgaarden must be vegetarian.
This applies regardless of whether the tenant provides their own catering or has opted for catering through Strandgaarden
Cleaning Responsibilities
The cleaning fee covers professional final cleaning.
The tenant is responsible for washing dishes and returning furniture/items to their original places before departure.
Prepayment
A prepayment of 25% of the total amount is charged upon booking.
The remaining balance is invoiced no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation 60+ days before arrival: We retain the reservation fee (25%).
Cancellation 30-60 days before arrival: We retain 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: The full amount is retained.
